明確的功能分區結合流暢的動線組合，完美的利用了當地的自然生態條件，去除擁擠，吵雜，落后等不協調因素，以島嶼概念為載體運用到建筑布局中，整體統一且造型富有變化，布局結合島嶼形態，每個島嶼對應不同的功能，呼應設計概念，同時細節設計提取三亞的天空，大海等元素，如圍欄的波浪形，蔚藍的鋪裝等。
